This policy explains how refunds work for products and services from eddievpro creators. Please read it before you buy.
Digital products: all sales final
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes online courses, video training, templates, guides, downloads and other digital content. If you have trouble accessing something you bought, email us and we will fix it.
Community membership (Skool)
Membership payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Coaching and channel audits
Coaching sessions and channel audits can be refunded if you request it within 14 days of purchase and before the session or audit has been delivered. To reschedule or cancel a session, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions or audits that have already been delivered are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email exevarblog@gmail.com with your name, the email you used to buy, and what you purchased. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
